When You Are Entitled to a Refund or Replacement
Major Problems (Major Failures)
You are entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or repair if a product has a major failure.
A major failure includes when a product:
is significantly different from its description,
is substantially unfit for purpose and cannot be fixed easily, or
Minor Problems
If a product has a minor issue, we will repair, replace, or refund within a reasonable time.
Change‑of‑Mind Returns
Change‑of‑mind returns are available at our discretion and must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
unused and in original condition,
unopened (for skincare, balms, deodorant, wax products),
returned at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

Proof of Purchase
A proof of purchase (email receipt, order confirmation, or bank statement) is required for all returns and remedies.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for:
used skincare or deodorant (unless faulty),
candles that have been burned
items damaged due to misuse or not following safety instructions.
Refund Processing Times
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
